Terms of Service — Youcha LLC

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Youcha LLC ("Youcha", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the United States, including our flagship platform Vidofy.ai. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The Services

Vidofy.ai is a subscription-based service that provides access to multiple artificial-intelligence models for generating video, image, and audio media through a single web interface. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

Certain Services are offered on a recurring subscription basis and/or via prepaid credit packages.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Prices are stated at checkout and may be updated with prior notice for future billing periods.
All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; see our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We operate an automated, pre-generation content moderation system that screens requests before any media is produced, and we may refuse, block, or remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, design, and branding, are owned by Youcha LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, you retain rights to content you lawfully generate, as described in the applicable product documentation.

7. Third-Party Models & Services

The Services rely on third-party AI providers and infrastructure. Availability and output of such providers are outside our control, and the Services are provided on an "as available" basis.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Youcha LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
