Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Services offered by Youcha LLC, including subscriptions and credit packages on Vidofy.ai. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
1. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
- Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees already charged for the current period are non-refundable.
2. Credit Packages
- Credits are prepaid and consumed when you generate media.
- Because generation consumes third-party compute resources at the time of use, consumed credits are non-refundable.
- Unused credits may be refundable within 3 days of purchase at our discretion, provided they have not been used.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a billing issue, email contact@mryoucha.com from the address associated with your account, including your order details. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
4. Eligible Refunds
We may issue refunds in cases such as duplicate charges, verified technical failures that prevented you from using a purchased Service, or where required by consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
