Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the services provided by Youcha LLC, including Vidofy.ai (the "Services"). It exists to keep the Services safe, lawful, and trustworthy. By using the Services, you agree to this AUP, which forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Pre-Generation Moderation

We enforce this AUP with an automated, pre-generation content moderation system that screens every request before any media is produced. Requests that violate this policy are blocked, and accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate it may be suspended or terminated.

2. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not use the Services to create, upload, or distribute content that:

Is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
Sexually exploits or endangers minors, or depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
Is non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexualizes real individuals without consent.
Impersonates real people to deceive, defraud, or create misleading "deepfakes".
Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against protected groups.
Infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
Contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Services.
Facilitates fraud, scams, spam, or deceptive commercial practices.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and this AUP. Do not share access credentials or resell access in violation of our Terms.

4. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, block requests, remove content, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
